These floor plans reflect a recommendation by the Building Committee to build the complete facility in two phases. Phase one as shown in these images includes everything but the Administrative suite. In this proposal, the offices would remain in their current location and Sunday School and meeting space would go in place of the United Methodist Hour area on the third floor. The Building Committee wants to ensure that our building cost will stay at or below the $8 million ceiling we feel is appropriate for our congregation.

Construction documents will be completed in late June and then will be sent out for bid.

There are four new updated floor plan renderings in the gallery. You can find them under floor plans. There is a new image of the first, second, and third floors as well as an elevation rendering.

In the weeks following Easter, we will explore together what it means to Prepare the Way for God to work in our lives and our congregation. More than 2,000 years ago, Isaiah called on God’s people to Build up, build up, prepare the way. This passage has significant meaning as it applies to how we live each day. From March 30 – April 27, our worship will center around how our dreams, our risks, our sacrifices, and our gifts put us in a place where God can work in and through us, both individually and collectively. Invite a friend or family member to join us for these important weeks.

These Information Meetings are designed to share information about our Building Campaign called Prepare the Way. Information about our church’s present and future ministry will be provided. We will share why this moment in the life of our church is so important and why your support is critical to our success. No financial commitment will be asked for or received at these meetings. However, we will all be called to prayerfully consider our part in the campaign.

Welcome! On this site you’ll find great information about the Parkway Heights Prepare the Way campaign and our upcoming building project. Our project is an exciting expansion of our facilities to meet the needs of our community and congregation. Imagine a space that is welcoming and inviting to members, visitors, and friends from the community; Imagine a space that could be used to expand our Woodley School Partnership with onsite activities; imagine a facility that provides safe space for our preschool ministry; imagine a facility accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and disabilities.

God is doing great things through the people and ministry of Parkway Heights. This campaign will enable us to expand our reach to people and places we can only dream of now.
